College Bound Players
Global Scouting Bureau’s primary mission is to provide opportunities that players might not have been able to find on their own. The small percentage of high school players that are heavily recruited, and offered athletic scholarships, by top colleges from around the country don’t need GSB’s help -- these players have been fortunate enough to find their own opportunities, and their skills have gotten the right visibility. Many players have the talent to play at the collegiate level – but for one reason or another have not been able to get exposure to the schools that would be interested in recruiting them. It is these overlooked and underexposed players that GSB strives to help.
GSB works with hundreds of colleges and universities from across the USA to help match talented players with schools that have scholarships to offer.
GSB currently provides placement services at the collegiate level for both baseball and soccer.
Any player interested in taking their game from high school to the college level should begin by registering with GSB and attending one of GSB’s evaluation trials. Evaluations will be done by professional scouts, and evaluations will be given to each player at the end of the event.
Players that Make the Grade will be assisted by GSB in their search for a college scholarship. A detailed profile for each successful player is made available to US colleges and universities, giving these institutions the chance to assess players with a view to offering a scholarship to those they believe have the skills they need.
